The use of this seal is not an endorsement by HRCI of the quality of the program. It means that this program has met HRCI’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit.
Our audio conferences have been approved for 1.5 recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Please note: HRCI credit is earned only by attending the live conference. CD only purchases do not qualify for HRCI credits. MCLE Credits
Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Credits
Thompson Interactive audio conferences may be available for 1.5 MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) credits in your state. A list of State Bar Associations and information on whether Thompson audio conferences are applicable for MCLE credit in your state can be found below by clicking on your state link.
- All of our audio conferences are potentially available for 1.5 MCLE credit.
- We are currently an approved provider of MCLE credits in the following state(s): CA, PA
- For those states where we are not an approved provider, lawyers can apply on their own to receive 1.5 MCLE credits for our audio conferences.

CPE Credits
CPE Credits
Thompson Interactive is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
Most states require continuing professional education (CPE) for CPAs to maintain active licenses. Recognizing the importance of CPE credits, Thompson Interactive has been approved to become a CPE program developer.
Thompson Interactive can now provide you with an avenue to obtain high quality CPE credits in accordance with nationally recognized standards in the comfort of your office through our live audio conference program.
We currently approved with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy to provide CPE to Texas CPAs.

Participants wishing to receive CPE Credits for our audio conferences/webinars must complete the CPE Survey within 2 weeks following the date of the audio conference/webinar.
